I visited Plana’s Pantry Quezon City for a food tasting several weeks back. I didn’t know what to expect as I’m not familiar with the restaurant. Somehow, the name was mentioned a few times by friends, but it didn’t really stick on my mind. Then I learned that Plana’s Pantry is the famous restaurant in Mandaluyong. With a growing clientele, they’ve decided to setup in the northern part of the metro. After tasting what they have to offer, I realized why it became such a hit among foodies. Located at the corner of Quezon Avenue and Sgt. Esquerra, the restaurant is quite big. Visit Choi Garden Megamall for yummy Cantonese dishes. That’s exactly what I did, not just once, but twice. And we’re planning to go back for more. If you’re familiar with Choi Garden Greenhills, this is the same restaurant that has made a huge following from both the Chinese and Filipino diners. I have to admit that I haven’t been frequenting the Greenhills, San Juan area, and so, I was missing out a lot. It’s a good thing I was introduced to this restaurant early this month. SM Megamall is not just a shopping, but a dining destination because of the numerous restaurants in the mall. But if you’re looking for authentic Cantonese dishes, Choi Garden is it.
