Taste the different flavors of food of Malaysia at the Citarasa Malaysia exhibit. Happening until March 13, 2018 at the Glorietta 2 Activity Center, everyone can approach the many booths and get a taste of the offerings available. It’s a great opportunity to sample food and beverages, including Malaysian cuisine.

You take a peek at the culture of a country by tasting local foods. This is exactly what you’ll experience at Citarasa Malaysia. I have yet to visit the country, and it’s good that I encountered the many taste of Malaysia at the event. Going around helped me become familiar of what to expect should I travel to Malaysia.

I love spices and that’s exactly what I tasted when I had Nasi Lemak. There were also interesting food and beverage products that I hope would be made available in the Philippines. I enjoyed the flavored coffee by Bertambest, particularly the Durian flavor. There’s that Yam Cookie that I was delighted in. I’m planning to go back at the exhibit to buy these stuff.

If you participate in the activities at the Citarasa Malaysia exhibit at Glorietta 2, you have a chance to win prizes including return tickets to Malaysia (Kota Kinabalu and Kuala Lumpur). Aside from trying your luck in the raffle, you can also watch Malaysian Cultural Performances which I personally enjoyed. It’s nice to see live performances that showcase a country’s culture through dance and their costume.
