PIK Group Optimistic With First Project in Mandaluyong

As strategic location is a principal factor for anyone looking to invest in real estate, PIK Group, Russia and Europe’s largest homebuilder, has chosen the growing city of Mandaluyong to mark its first project in the country, One Sierra.

By the second quarter of 2020, even at the height of the pandemic, the price was at P206,000 per sqm.

Previously, PIK Group also noted that Metro Manila shares similarities with Moscow in terms of consumer behavior and urban environments.
