Get your act together and join Healthway Medical’s dance showdown “Dance for Health” as part of the company’s 16th anniversary celebration. This exclusive dance battle is open for university students aged 17-21 and adults aged 22-25. If you have the skills and passion for dancing, this is the chance to show those moves! The elimination rounds will be at the SMX Convention Center on September 26, 2013 and at the Alabang Town Center on October 26, 2013. The grand finals will be held at the Glorietta Activity Center on November 23, 2013.
Healthway Medical’s “Dance for Health” participants can look forward to cash and wellness packages. But aside from these prizes, this contest is also an advocacy campaign for the benefit of the KYTHE Foundation and CENTEX, a project of Ayala Foundation, Inc. KYTHE Foundation is a non-profit, non-stock organization aimed to inspire hope for the hospitalized children with cancer and chronic illness. For 20 years now, KYTHE (which means “to make visible”) continues to help these children in achieving quality life through their KYTHE Childe Life Program. They are the only foundation in the country that offers such service through the help of group of trained professionals.
CENTEX (Center of Excellence in Public Elementary Education), on the other hand, is a public school operating since 1998 operated by Memorandum Agreement between the Department of Education and Ayala Foundation which caters to children from economically disadvantaged families who needs quality education and ample support for their brighter future. Providing a learning environment for children to secure a better opportunity in the future, CENTEX operates two public schools in Manila (Tondo) and Batangas (Bauan).
