So there I was roaming at SM Sta. Mesa while I wait for an appointment. As I walked around, I saw stores set up along the alleys. Only did I realize that there’s a sale at the mall. It was a 3-Day sale from August 4, 5 and 6. I’m quite surprised though because unlike my experience at the Great Northern Sale at SM City North Edsa, the mall is not yet crowded.

It was past 3pm when my appointment ended. I decided to check out the items on sale. There were tons of clothes at the entrance of SM Department Store and people started to Glick because of the huge discount — 50% off on shirts, jeans, etc. I went inside to see what else is on sale. Unlike last time when I prepared for the sale, I don’t have anything in mind to buy, plus I can only spare P500 bucks just on case I decide to shop.

I circled the Men’s Section and ended up buying a Dansen buttoned-down shirt, a socks and 2 boxers shorts. Paying for P504.75, I saved almost 47% for the shirt and the socks. I succeeded in budget shopping.

If you’re looking for more bang for your buck, the sale at SM Malls is it! Just look at those 50% signage and be prepared to sift through the items with patience. The sale staff will be more than glad to help you out, just ask for assistance, like I did.
