The recent passing of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 caused a lot of noise in the cyberspace, with many opinionated Pinoys calling out for the decriminalization of such law or certain provisions, while others simply want the implementation to be suspended until all grounds are heard. At the recently concluded Digital Influencers Marketing Summit at the SMX Convention Center, one of the speakers, Atty. JJ Disini of the Disini & Disini Law Office, gave us a short briefing of the law and what, in his opinion needs attention.
