It was definitely a huge success as throngs of people, all 87,000 of them assembled at the SM Mall of Asia to support Boardwalk Business Ventures’ advocacy “A Run For The Pasig River” on 11.20.2011. ABS-CBN Foundation led the event to promote a safe and clean Pasig River and to restore its former glory.

11.20.2011 What became the biggest advocacy run ever was graced by celebrities such as Bangs Garcia and Matteo Guidicelli who set the pace for the Boardwalk family for the 3K run.

The Run For The Pasig River was supported by Boardwalk and its Boardwalk Para Sa Kalikasan campaign succeeded in inspiring and motivating others to do their part in making a difference for the environment. To show the company’s commitment Boardwalk president and vice-president also participated in the run, even resident designer Avel Bacudio joined in.
