Top Off Ceremony of MagnoliaPrimehomes Real Estate Development recently announced the development of Larossa Phase 2. The announcement was made during the top off ceremony of Larossa in Capitol Hills’ third building, the Magnolia. The 2nd phase of the condominium development includes a retail strip which will serve the residents of the property and neighboring areas.

And, true to its promise of being a botanical community, the complex will house shops and restaurants that are aligned to green living. The second wave of development will also see the opening of the property’s main access gate and the clubhouse for residential use. Upon completion, this will bring added convenience to current residents. In addition, prospective buyers will have more variety in terms of unit types to choose from – the two and three bedrooms and the penthouse.

Aside from the third building, a recent top-off was also held for the Sampaguita which is the 2nd building. The charm of Larossa in Capitol Hills is the promise of a green community, giving residents a breathing space from the hustle and bustle of the metro. The real estate company is  relatively new name in the field of residential development but prides itself of having seasoned partners: Visionarch, one of the country’s top architectural firms in the country, has worked to build homes for Ayala Land and SM; and, Design Coordinates Incorporated (DCI), the leading domestic company in Construction Project Management, which has been contracted by top developers like SM, Filinvest and Vistaland.

According to Primehomes’ Vice President for Sales & Marketing Greg Ignacio, “We, at Larossa are proud to bring to you a project that prides itself of having an unbeatable address at the highest peak in QC. We are simply elated to offer living spaces that offer a quiet respite amid the hustle and bustle of city life. Indeed, the top off of the second structure and the simultaneous launch of the second phase starts us off towards our promise of making Larossa the next big community in Quezon City.”

I have visited the property when it was just about to start development. At that time I knew it’s already a promising property. Looking at how they did a great job with Phase 1, there’s no doubt that Larossa Phase 2 will be equally beautifully built. It’s definitely something to seriously think about. A visit to Larossa in Capitol Hills is definitely a must for those looking to buy a property.
