International BPO company iSupport Worldwide reaches another milestone with a new site. The handover ceremony of the company’s second facility happened on September 29 with its officers and employees. Located at the 12th floor of Robinsons Cyberscape Beta in Ortigas Center, Pasig City, the site will be fully operational at the start of the last quarter of this year.
Charlie Bognot, Director for Human Resources of iSupport, shares “Gradually, we are establishing ourselves as one of the most sought-after employers in the industry today. This new facility is the symbol of the best of what all of us can achieve if we work together.”
As iSupport Worldwide shifts into high gear towards further expansion, Bognot also shared that the company remains committed to helping client’s businesses grow with the wide range of services they offer from voice to non-voice from different fields or industries like finance and accounting, customer service, marketing, sales support, IT, insurance, healthcare, medical, advertising, HR recruitment and more.
The Philippines has established itself as a leading contender in the service industry. After beating international competition in the call center industry, the country continues to soar in other outsourcing aspects, including back office support.
Providing wide range of services to clients is a good strategy for iSupport Worldwide. There’s a huge market of quality workforce in the country that remains untapped. Some may find it a challenge in getting hold of a job because of the English proficiency requirements. Non-voice opportunities will pave the way for those seeking employment in the BPO sector.
Despite not being part of the call center industry anymore, I still try to keep tab of developments. I’m glad to see that the Philippines is now more than just an industry player in call center, but has evolve into a BPO player. The new iSupport Worldwide facility is an indication that there’s no stopping the Philippines in this sector.
