Hoppler Inc’s Exclusive Network for Real Estate Brokers

Hoppler at the Partner Brokers Catch UpWith an exclusive network of brokers, Hoppler Inc is a real estate marketplace by real estate professionals. That’s my take when I attended a recent event hosted by the company. Prior to the gathering, my idea of the company is just another real estate listing and property finder app. I was wrong.

Before venturing into the Internet technology, Hoppler is a real estate company founded in 2004 as HousingInteractive. Realizing the fact that real estate buyers in the Philippines faces the challenge to find a property in the midst of duplicate listings online, and even the existence of fake properties, the company decided to establish Hoppler and the Hoppler Associate Network in 2014.

Property Listings on Hoppler AppNow, the company offers a website and an app that aims to help people find the right property to buy with less hassle. Hoppler Inc boasts of updating their listings regularly to ensure that the details of each property remain accurate especially its availability and that there are no duplicates on the site. This is all made possible with the correct processes in place when it comes to listing properties, verification, and by working with a network of brokers under the Partner Broker Program, which Hoppler builds with a sense of community and exclusivity.

By joining the Partner Broker Program, members receive exclusive access to Kumita, Hoppler’s own customer relationship management (CRM) tool, where brokers may track every phase of their sales process and efficiently manage their clients, either through mobile or on their desktop. Partners benefit from listing an unlimited number of properties and their own listings will be advertised across the company’s network.

By opening its doors to brokers to join a network of esteemed and results-driven brokers, the real estate company breaks tradition by prioritizing the value of cooperation. They pave the way for two or more partners to co-broker by connecting one broker’s lead that matches another’s listings. By being in the same network, they work with one another to get clients and listings.

The Partner Broker Program provides the community not only with unlimited access to the website’s features but also priority invites to trainings and seminars with talks by other partner brokers to inspire and motivate their work. Networking events are also held to give partner brokers an opportunity to expand and strengthen their networks.

Hoppler Inc invites brokers to join the Partner Broker Program to realize and experience the growth that being surrounded by other professionals of the same industry will do for both the broker and his business. With the community of brokers established by a real estate company, it’s definitely a better option for those looking for property to buy or rent to search using the website or app.
