Since 2002, I had no problem getting a copy of my birth certificate. Thanks to Pilipinas Teleserv’s birthcertificate.com.ph. The company is the citizen partner of the National Statistics Office offering the NSO Birth Cetificate Delivery Service. Now everyone can find help for all civil registry document requirements at NSOHelpline.com.
NSOHelpline.com is the same as birthcertificate.com.ph, only better. Not that the service before sucks, it’s actually very convenient as I don’t have to line up at any NSO Office to get my documents. But I do have questions and concerns, and that’s what the rebranded service is aiming to address.
Let’s admit it; we have very limited knowledge about birth certificates, death certificates and marriage certificates including the legalities involved with it. And when we need answers about these documents, we have nowhere to turn to for answers. Teleserv is now integrating all the service features to develop a one-stop shop for all NSO related services.
Not only can we have these civil registry documents delivered at our home within 2-3 days using the service; we can also find answers to numerous NSO certificate related concerns, inquiries, and problems. Now all questions about late registration, change name, misspellings, et al, are answered. Clearly, this is the kind of service that we Filipinos need.
If you need help with birth certificate, marriage certificate or death certificate, worry no more. I’m sure you’ll find help for all civil registry document requirements at NSOHelpline.com. You can call 737-1111 or use the chat channel for detailed information. I also find their social media channels — Facebook and Twitter – helpful. Pretty soon, the service will expand to have SMS and mobile applications. NSOHelpline.com for fast and hassle-free certificate delivery.
