4K TV with 8K Resolution in Sharp AQUOS XU Series

Sharp AQUOS XU Series launchSharp Philippines recently launched the AQUOS XU Series. It’s the first 4K TV with 8K Resolution which was previewed at the International Consumer Electronics Show (CES). Sharp’s newest and best TV line up was a recipient of the 2015 CES Innovation Award and dubbed as the highest resolution 4K TV. Sharp proudly displayed the line up at event which made me drool. Indeed, the XU Series raises the bar on home entertainment.

With the Quattron Pro 4-Color Technology and the X8-Master Engine Pro which is Sharp’s newest upscaling circuit, the Japanese company was able to achieve the 8K Resolution on a 4K Ultra HD panel. These innovation worked hand-in-hand that resulted in true-to-life detail, the most vivid color expression and deepest contrast. Owning a high definition TV myself, I can compare how truly beautiful the AQUOS XU television is.

I noticed the richness of the colors on the XU Series. I learned that Sharp boosted these new TVs with its Rich Color Pro Technology, new direct LED backlight system, Ultra Dynamic Range Pro and 4-Color Technology. That’s a lot to expand color reproduction range by 40%. But quite simply, the new line up of television displays wider array of vivid and true-to-life colors.
