Snacking on Chachos Tortilla Chips

Chachos Tortilla Chips in Spicy Curry, BBQ Bonanza and Cheesy Cheese

I found myself snacking on Chachos Tortilla Chips this holiday season. With time away from work, me and my family spent my days watching movies or surfing the web at home. While there are lots of foods to gobble, I would quickly reach for a pack of Chachos. I love the light and crispy chips of Chachos. My auntie enjoyed these chips because they’re not hard to munch on. We enjoyed the flavors too! Available in Cheesy Cheese, BBQ Bonanza and Spicy Curry, everyone will have their own favorite. My cousin loves BBQ Bonanza with its sweet flavor. My favorite is the Spicy Curry because of it’s unique flavor. Though it’s not “hot” as I expected it to be, snacking on a Chachos Tortilla Chips in Spicy Curry variant feels like I’m eating something with a hint of wasabi or any Asian spice in particular. Go snacking on Chachos Tortilla ...

KC Concepcion Talked about her Role in the movie Boy Golden

KC Concepcion Talks to Bloggeres Backstage at the Boy Golden Mall Tour at Glorietta

KC Concepcion talked about her role in the movie Boy Golden after the mall tour held last Saturday, December 21st at Glorietta Activity Center. During the show, she sang to the delight of everyone in the audience. Buboy Villar and John Estrada were also at the mall promoting the movie Boy Golden, a Metro Manila Film Fest 2013 entry. The audience enjoyed the show, where some received gifts during the games and as the stars distributed some shirts and posters. I was even surprised to see KC going down the stage and even mingled with the mall goers. KC Concepcion is the leading lady of Gov. Jeorge Ejercito in the movie about Arturo Porcuna, a prominent gangster during the early 60s. Having watched the trailer, I saw some bits of her acting on the daring side. The actress confirmed that she’s a stripper in the movie, but one who fights ...

New Go Nuts Donuts Treats

Have you tried the new Go Nuts Donuts Treats for its 10th Anniversary? Yes, the original purveyor of the donut craze in the Philippines, Go Nuts Donuts has a wide range of new offerings to celebrates its 10 years of success. I got to try each treats and I really enjoyed munching on them all. These days, we see donut shops mostly coming from overseas setting up here in the country. A lot of people are lining up to buy these sweet treats. But even before these international donut brands became a craze in the Philippines, there was Go Nuts Donuts giving us a way to enjoy these baked goodies in a new way. Started in 2003, their first donut shop was at the Bonifacio Global City. People lined up for their delicious creations. Who can ever forget their Pastillas de Leche donut? What about the Peanut Butter Frost? I ...

Download Dolphy Clean Up Game on iTunes

Dolphy Clean Up Screen Shots - opening page

You can now download the Dolphy Clean Up game on iTunes. I learned about the game featuring the Philippines’ one and only Comedy King during an intimate get together a few weeks ago. At that time, the game app is not yet available for download. But we did get to try the demo and enjoyed it. Created by iGen Technologies, Dolphy Clean Up is a fun and educational game that highlights environment protection. Throughout the game, the main character is tasked to dispose trash properly, vanish the irresponsible trash thrower, protect the animals and gain points by hitting the coins. There are trivia throughout the games that I find not only interesting, but informative too. Playing Dolphy Clean Up is pretty straight forward even for kids. We had a chance to talk with Dolphy’s sons – Eric and Ep Quizon – who were present during the event. I was curious ...

Christmas with the Jollibee Chickenjoy Bucket Treats

If you’re busy and don’t have the time to cook, celebrate Christmas with the Jollibee Chickenjoy Bucket Treats. I’m sure it’ll be a good addition to your foods on the table that’ll be welcomed by everyone. Our favorite juicylicious, crispylicious fried chicken can even be enjoyed with the addition of two new side dishes – Mashed Potato and Buttered Corn. Jollibee invited me and other members of the media for a Christmas party featuring these new treats. Everyone had fun at the party held at a function room of Mind Museum. There were photo booths, games, raffles and a special dance number of the Vera-Perez Family – Regine Tolentino, Lander Vera-Perez and daughters. But the star of the show is Jollibee and the Chickenjoy Bucket Treats. I didn’t have the chance to try the Mashed Potato but my friends said it’s good. I love the Buttered Corn because it’s sweet ...

MMFF 2013 Entry – My Little Bossings

MMFF 2013 My Little Bossings

For the 3rd time in a row, I was invited to cover a bloggers conference for Vic Sotto’s movie. This time it’s the MMFF 2013 entry, My Little Bossings. Also in the cast are Kris Aquino, Ryzza Mae Dizon and James “Bimby” Yap. This is a welcome relief as Vic Sotto has been fielding the Enteng Kabisote franchise for several years now every December. When I first heard about the movie, there’s a part of me that find it interesting. We all know how Vic and Kris were “linked” before. To see them working together instead of having their respective entries for the Metro Manila Film Fest is a good team up. Add to that the tandem of the talented and funny Ryzza Mae and the well-mannered Bimby. In the movie, Vic plays the role Torky Villanueva who works as a bookeeper for the millionaire cash management specialist Baba Atienza ...
