LCD Lift Cabinets – A Home Theatre Must Have

LCD Lift Cabinet AdWhen I have no customer meet ups or blogging events to attend, I usually prefer staying at home. Lately, I noticed that some of my furniture and appliances needed an upgrade. Most of them I have used for more than 5 years and is showing signs of wear and tear. While getting some inspirations online, I chanced upon an advertisement on LCD lift cabinets that looked beautiful and a home theatre must have.

I don’t have an LCD TV, and I have been dreaming of getting one now that prices have gone down. It would be nice to have my television propped in one of these. I was attracted with the many designs, especially the ones that combines modern and old look. I have long wanted to give my place an updated look and having one of these cabinets will surely help achieve the vibe that I’m gunning for.

Checking the products on the website, I thought it’s just a normal home theatre cabinet. As I checked more, I realized it’s more than just that. These cabinets were actually designed to hide and protect a television when not in use. A lift mechanism is installed inside the cabinet that neatly pops a TV like magic, and can be safely tucked away in plain sight. All these at a touch a button on a remote. This is such an innovative design that I haven’t seen in the country. And it perfectly fits the modern family of today. Watch the video to better appreciate how this beautiful piece of furniture works.

TVLiftsCabinet.com, the company behind this product has been in the business of furniture-making. No wonder why these TV lift systems look well-crafted. Growing in a family who are very meticulous on these stuff, I learned to appreciate quality craftsmanship put into similar products. The designs, the details and the overall look tells you they are worth the purchase. it will be a great addition to any living space and a good conversation piece as it complements a home theatre system. I wish they’d find their way into the Philippine stores. Here’s a gallery of one particular model that I’m drooling for – the Red Tao which looks very powerful.

LCD lift cabinets like these are not only multi-functional but space-savers as well. The prices is too expensive though.

They are expensive, but I think it’s more of the mechanism involved rather than the cabinet itself

It is really useful especially if you have a small space to live with and to hide your tv from your visitors. |:D

I’ve got a small condo so there really isn’t any space for a cabinet like this. I’ve opted for wall-bracket installation instead. Not as pretty, but saves a heck of a lot of space.

This isn’t really for small space because it occupies big floor space. Wall-bracket installation is more practical for small condo.
